About Charm Builders
Bringing New Life to Older Homes
Since 2004, Charm Builders has been helping homeowners turn their older houses into forever homes. We specialize in full exterior transformations—roofing, siding, decks, and more—done right, with lasting beauty and no shortcuts.
A Crew You Can Count On
Our team of roofing specialists and carpenters takes pride in doing things the right way. We show up early, work hard, and often finish the job in a day or two. We leave your home looking better than we found it—no debris, no damage to your landscaping.
A Process That Puts You First
We Treat Your Property Like It’s Our Own
We know how valuable your property is, and we take good care of it—and you—every step of the way. From start to finish, we’re mindful, respectful, and committed to making the process as smooth as possible.
Clear Communication From the Start
Before any work begins, we do a full roof inspection and walk you through an honest, pressure-free consultation. With four estimators on staff, you won’t wait long for answers. We stay in touch throughout the job so you always know what’s happening.
Fall in Love With Your Home Again
At Charm Builders, we don’t just install roofs—we help you feel proud of your home again. Whether you’re updating for safety, beauty, or peace of mind, we’re here to guide you through it.
Three Steps to a
Charm Transformation
Whether you need vinyl siding, a metal or shingle roof, a new deck, seamless gutters, or some combination of these, we have the experience to give your home the new look you want. From our first conversation to final handoff, here’s how we help you turn your current home into your forever home.
1. Share Your Vision
During the free on-site consultation, your estimator will take notes and measurements while you share design ideas, sketches, and material preferences.
2. Approve Our Estimate & Drawings
You review and approve our project estimate and any necessary drawings, asking questions and discussing possible changes to ensure that what we build matches your vision.
3. Watch Your Home Transform
When construction begins, you’re sure to have questions. Your estimator will remain your point of contact throughout, keeping you in the loop and addressing delays and change requests quickly and with care.
