We got you company's name from a friend of mine, Pauline. Your company had recently built a patio roof for her home. Pauline gave me Jeffrey Schmucker's name and phone number. I called Jeff, and he came to our home within a day or two. He looked over the requested project, gave us price estimates, and an agreement was reached.

We were not ready for the work to begin until around the second week of September, at which time, I called Jeff and said whenever your company wanted to put us on your schedule, we were now ready. Your work crew arrived Monday, September 19th, early! They began working on our deck and it was completed on Tuesday, the very next day! We were very surprised how quickly the project was completed! From our first contact with Jeff right through to the last day the workers finished up, cleaned up and drove away, the entire crew were professional, courteous, friendly, and very competent in their work.

Charm Builders was not the only company we contacted for an estimate for the project. But once we met Jeff when he to our home to discuss what we wanted and to look over what we had, he pretty much made our decision to go with Charm Builders an easy decision. Jeff answered all our many, many questions, came up with suggestions, and even when we added more to the original project, Jeff never lost his patience, he always had a ready smile.

Your work crew, Lee and three other members, were all hard-working professionals as well. They obviously worked close as a team, and they all worked continuously with few breaks. As a customer, we appreciated that they were conscientious in their skills and didn't mess around wasting time. The men all did a great job in giving us the deck we wanted and saved for. It really looks so nice and is a proud addition to our home. My husband is a retired professional union carpenter, and he very much appreciated the work ethics, demeanor and knowledge of your work crew.

Even when two of the crew returned the second day to finish up, they were diligent and thorough in their work. My husband had a couple of questions and concerns, and both men listened and solved his concerns immediately.

"Charm Builders, I wish to thank you and your crew for what I believe to be a very professional job, even down to the painting of the PVC vent pipes! I can honestly say that the roof looks better than it did when it was first installed many years ago. "Dear Mahlon, Recently I had the pleasure of using your company to replace the roof on my home. And I wanted to convey to you the fine work and professionalism of your staff.

First, there was Jeff Schmucker, who, unbeknownst to me, discovered wind damage to my existing roof just by walking around the property. Never having filed a claim on my Homeowner's Insurance before, Jeff said he would handle everything for me – and handle everything he did. He read through my policy, coordinated the appointment and met with the insurance adjuster (who also had high praise for Jeff's expertise). Any questions that I had, Jeff was easily available to take my call. The outcome was a brand-new roof, which the insurance company paid for!

Then there were the incredible crews themselves, each starting work at 6:30 am with Milon's team working into the evening. I've never seen you men work so hard and diligently. The were kind enough to remove some old building debris in the cellar for me when they were cleaning up.

I have enclosed a list of the crew that worked on the project. I ask that you please convey to these young men my appreciation for the fine job they all did. You have put together a company that is the very vest in the business, and I feel extremely fortunate to have found you.
